Delivery Policy

Standard delivery is anticipated within 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) will be delivered within 10-15 days from the date of order confirmation.

Products classified as "Ready to Ship" will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers may return products within 10 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition with all tags intact.

Refunds are not available. Instead, a credit note will be issued to the customer.

Size alterations are available upon request and subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of request.

All sales of discounted items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these products.

Exchanges or returns are not permitted for international orders.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a credit note, which will be issued within 7 business days. The credit note will be valid for 2 months. Cancellations after 24 hours are not eligible for a credit note.

Echo Studio reserves the right to cancel any order if there are issues with payment verification, stock availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit note will be issued to the customer.
